Each onsite service will include a complete report with our recommendations and findings. Your assigned Technician will discuss the data with your team and provide a copy by e-mail or hard copy.
Pump Inspection and Calibration
To prevent a catastrophic failure to the water treatment environment, Antiscalant, Chlorine, and Dechlorination Chemical Pumps require periodic inspection, calibration, priming and tube replacement
Water Softener Calibration and Inspection
Water softeners are designed to remove calcium from your water source. This is a common application to remove hardness that causes scale and water spotting. Periodic calibrations and water analysis are required to prevent excessive salt consumption and hardness bleed thru.
Corrosion Control
Corrosion can be caused from a multitude of environments. This includes aggressive water, improper grounding, microbiological activity, and improper metallurgy. Simple corrosion monitoring equipment will help identify the issue and allow for corrective measures to be implemented.
Filtration and Media Replacement
Cartridge filters are designed to be easily replaced and disposed of as needed. Filtration media is designed to be automatically or manually backwashed, dependent on the system design. Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration Cleaning
Over time, Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) will develop a layer of impurities on the surface of the membranes. Impurities, such as scale, microorganisms and suspended solids will cause the membrane elements to foul, which will cause the efficiency of the system to drop and result in reduced permeate and lower water quality.
Proper maintenance and cleaning of RO and NF systems will extend the life and improve the performance of the membrane elements. Aqua Clear offers a variety of products and services for complete care of Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration systems.
